Computer issues

We are having some computer issues with our desktop. Sorry there won't be any pictures for a while until we get the issue fixed or buy a new computer. I will try to check e-mails each day but it may not happen.

Goodbye Miss Dixie

Yes, we have very sad news to share with all of you. Miss Dixie Swientek Walker has passed away. Saturday evening she and mom came over the our house to let Cheyenne and Sadie out. Dixie must of seen a cat across the street and ran after it and was hit by a suburban. She did not suffer, she walked back to mom's side and laid down on the sidewalk and passed away a few minutes later. We are all very sad and miss her so much. Many, many tears will be shed over her loss. She was a wonderful dog and a loving companion for my mom. We will always love you Dixie Pooh Bear.

Almost 5 month update!

Yes, time is flying by. Austin will be 5 months old on Thurs. May 8. He is able to roll both ways now from his tummy to his back and back to tummy. I will lay him down on one side of his quilt and he will even sometimes roll a couple times to get to the other side. He is doing a great job of sleeping at night. He will sleep for 12 hours and only wake up once to nurse. He is still not that crazy about cereal. He wants to play more with the spoon than eat what is on it. He will eat it but I think more of it ends up on the bib than in his mouth. Mommy is looking into making some of her own baby food. I will let you know how that goes. I have heard that you can use frozen fruit and veggies but fresh is best. Austin does like applesauce. He also thinks he is a big boy and loves to drink a little water from mommy's cup or water bottle. He still loves bath time and we are ready for the weather to warm up so we can have our first family outing to the lake. Here are a couple pictures from the last few weeks. Happy Mommy's Day to all the mommy's out there. I know Melissa, Kelly, and Amy will enjoy their 1st Mother's Day this year. I hope Ryan, Emmy, and Lane get you something special.

Playing around while Mommy is trying to get me dressed.

Still loving my jumperoo! I'm very serious while playing in it.

I'm ready to help Ben stop crime on the streets. Next time can I drive the patrol car?

Helping Mommy with the cereal.
